Tom Fulbright President Tom has worked as a mechanical design
engineer for over 20 years. His first design experience was in the steel processing industry. Tom was involved in the
design and manufacture of equipment including roll-formers, shears, uncoilers, recoilers, and steel strip paint lines produced
by Omega Industries in Grapevine, Texas. Later, at Docutel/ Ollivetti, Tom designed small electro-mechanical machinery for
use in high-volume automatic teller machines. He received a patent for inventing a small printing mechanism while at Docutel
/ Ollivetti. Shortly after joining Texas Instruments,
Tom was asked to lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and build of factory test equipment to support TI’s
growing missile defense business.
In 1995, Tom joined TI's DLP micro-display group where he was involved in the development of the first DLP projectors to be introduced into the market. Upon completion of his MBA degree, Tom moved
into a marketing position within TI’s DLP Home
Entertainment Group. In this position, Tom interfaced with major consumer electronics companies supporting TI’s efforts
to bring DLP display technology to the home.
Tom joined Acuere
in February 2002 when the company applied it resources to developing GPS based autosteering systems. Initial
applications were tailored to the farming industry. At Acuere, Tom has helped numerous individuals and companies
